Introduce to The Zenith El Primero 36’000 VpH Black and White

Zenith - El Primero 36’000 VpH Black and White

Zenith released two new El Primero chronographs fitted in black ceramicised case with two opposite chiaroscuro dial interpretations.

The three counters – originally in anthracite, blue and light grey –  create here a ‘visual opposites’ effect against a finely sunray-patterned ebony black or silver-toned base, punctuated by black luminescent faceted hour-markers and hands enhanced with bright red touches and protected by a domed sapphire crystal.

The 42 mm x 12.75 mm black ceramicised aluminium case of these two new El Primero 36,000 VpH models houses the famous high-frequency column-wheel chronograph movement beating at 5Hz and powering a tenth-of-a-second display.

A certified chronometre, the El Primero 400B calibre drives central hours and minutes functions, small seconds, chronograph and date, while ensuring more than 50 hours of power reserve.

The movement and its oscillating weight are visible through the sapphire crystal back of the 100 metres / 330 feet water-resistant case.

The black and white look of the new Zenith El Primero 36’000 VpH with black ceramicised aluminium case is enriched by a perforated black rubber strap secured by a titanium and black PVD-coated triple folding clasp.
