Endowed with a new movement, the Little Lange 1 Moon Phase by A. Lange & Söhne is exquisitely elegant with its guilloched, argenté-coloured dial.
Compared to the Lange 1 Moon Phase, the 36.8 mm pink-gold case of this version is 1.7 millimetres smaller.
Featuring two golden moons, the lunar disc of this model is also argenté-coloured. The astronomical complication emulates the synodic orbit of the earth’s companion so accurately that it only needs to be corrected by one day every 122.6 years.
Shiny pink-gold hands and appliques accentuate the asymmetric dial with its precisely jumping outsize date display and power reserve indicator.
Visible through the sapphire-crystal caseback and based on the calibre of the Lange 1 introduced two years ago, the new 3 Hz hand-wound L121.2 movement includes the characteristic twin mainspring barrel with a power reserve of 72 hours, the large cam-poised balance paired with a hair-spring crafted in-house and the hand-engraved balance cock.
The watch is completed by a white alligator leather strap that is secured with a pink-gold prong buckle. The A. Lange & Söhne Little Lange 1 Moon Phase (ref. 182.030) has a price of Euro 38,500.
