Melbourne Watch Company was founded in 2013 by Sujain Krishnan and has quickly grown from its modest crowd-funded roots to offer a range of affordable timepieces, both mechanical and quartz. Most recently, we have taken our next big step by opening our own showroom in the inner-city Melbourne suburb of Carlton, where we invite customers to come and meet the team and try our collections in a relaxed environment.

Originally released in 2014 through Kickstarter, our Melbourne Portsea collection was well-received by our customers, who praised our use of molded ceramic dials which give the watch a unique look compared to traditional marine/deck-style watches. We subsequently released a “simpler” version of the Melbourne Portsea in 2015, which we dubbed the “Heritage” range. Now, three years after introduction, we are preparing to deliver our 4th release of the Melbourne Portsea collection including a new Blue/Rose Gold colourway (PS.40.A.CAL.05).
